**Retreat Schedule & Transportation Details**
**Arrival Date**: September 23, 2025
- Participants are encouraged to arrive at the airport around 2:00 PM to allow for a smooth check-in process and to enjoy a welcome ceremony.
- I will be emailing information for airports in the following months and as it gets closer I will email all information for airport transportation.
**Departure Date**: September 29, 2025
- The retreat will conclude the night of September 28th to give enough time for those who need to leave early for the airport.
**Transportation**:
- Please note, the cost of flights are NOT included in the investment. You will be responsible for booking your own flight and travel insurance if you choose. You will need a passport for this trip and if you need one please give yourself time to receive it.
- Complimentary airport transportation will be provided.
**Booking and Payment Information**
- **Investment**: $4,000 if paid in full or split in 2 payments. If you choose a payment plan the investment will be $4,444 divided by however many months you choose. Must be paid by August 15, 2025.
- **Deposit**: A $555 deposit is required to secure your spot for the retreat. This deposit is non-refundable and confirms your commitment to attend. If paid in full you do not need to pay a deposit.
- **Payment Plans**: I understand the importance of flexibility, which is why I offer payment plans for the balance of the retreat cost. Details of these plans will be discussed individually to ensure they meet your needs.
