**Retreat Schedule & Transportation Details**
**Arrival Date**: September 23, 2025
- Participants are encouraged to arrive at the airport around 2:00 PM to allow for a smooth check-in process and to enjoy a welcome ceremony.
- You will be flying into SJO and I will arrange for you to be picked up from the airport to travel to the villa.
**Departure Date**: September 29, 2025
- The retreat will conclude the night of September 28th to give enough time for those who need to leave early for the airport. Please be advised the villa is about 3 hours from the airport.
**Transportation**: Please note, the cost of flights are NOT included in the investment. You will be responsible for booking your own flight and travel insurance if you choose. You will need a passport for this trip and if you need one please give yourself time to receive it.
